All staff are fully trained and directly employed, P&P Glass do not subcontract any of the installation work and for a number of years now they have operated a fully funded apprentice and training scheme where every installation trainee attends college for a minimum of two years to achieve a level 2 NVQ trade certification and qualification in carpentry and joinery. The aim is to to ensure that their workforce is skilled and motivated to provide the highest levels of customer service and craftsmanship.
