SUNFLEX UK is proud to be working with Modulr Space Ltd on their range of stylish and innovative garden rooms and office pods.

Unlike garden structures or home offices, each ‘Modul’ is designed and created by a team of architects and engineers. This attention to detail creates beautiful and contemporary workspaces that not only provide fully-functional offices, they also adhere to the principles of sustainability, energy-efficiency and ergonomics as if they traditionally built structures.

Modulr Space Ltd was conceived by the team at London based FDArchitecture Ltd to offer unique solutions to business and homeowners in order to satisfy the COVID-19 driven demand for high quality garden work or leisure spaces.

In keeping with their superior quality Modulr Space Ltd and SUNFLEX UK have worked closely on a performance glazing solution for the Moduls, with the designs incorporating SF55i aluminium bifold doors and the ultra-slim SVG30 sliding door systems that fill the workspaces full of natural light.

The Modulr Spaces exist in three categories:

• M1 & M2 ‘Small Spaces’ – individual office or workshops
• M3, M4, M5 and M6 ‘My Space’ – home offices
• M7, M8 and M9 ‘H + H’ – shared garden rooms
