We are a family owned company that has been manufacturing and supplying innovative aluminium glazing systems to the glazing trade for more than 20 years. We work closely with SUNFLEX GmbH in Germany who have designed and fabricated some of the most advanced glazing products in the world for almost 35 years and we hold an exclusive licence to supply their products in the UK.

SUNFLEX UK is as a supplier and manufacture of glazing products to the glazing trade. We provide our bifold door, sliding door and aluminium door and window systems on a supply only basis to a network of independent glazing companies across the UK, who we refer to as our ‘distributors’.

If you are interested in having SUNFLEX UK products fitted as part of your project you can request a quotation from one of our distributors. They will be able to provide you with advice, technical product information and a quotation including installation.

As a trade fabricator we do not supply our products directly to builders, architects or home-owners and we do not offer and installation service. If you wish to purchase and have our doors, windows and glass roofs installed you can order these through one of our experienced distributors.

To ensure customers receive the best possible service we have handpicked a network of distributors that we refer to as ‘recognised distributors’. These door and window companies are fully trained, knowledgeable and experienced in our products. If you request more information from us about our systems we will pass your details on to one of these recognised distributors.

All of our distributors are independent, long established glazing companies who have a strong reputation in their local area. We have a strict code of conduct that we expect all our distributors to adhere to, so if you ever feel that you are not receiving this level of service that you would expect please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our distributors will arrange for the installation of your doors, windows or glass roof products. We provide an advanced installation training service for all of our distributors to enable them.

If you wish to see our products and to get a feel for how they operate, a number of our distributors have showrooms of their own. Alternatively you can visit our SUNFLEX UK showroom at our Head Office in Norwich which is packed full of numerous examples from our product range, along with our team of product experts.

Once you have placed your order with one of our distributors we will work closely with them to ensure the products you require are manufactured to your exact specifications. These would then be installed by the distributor that you are working with.

We would not recommend that customers buy bi-fold and sliding doors on a supply-only basis. Our products require specialist installation and are only as good as the fitting team installing these.

Each one of our distributors is an independent business and your contract and any warranty/guarantee will be with them. We go to great lengths to ensure that our recognised distributors are reputable and knowledgeable about our range of products.

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your SUNFLEX UK systems then please contact the company that supplied and installed the doors and we will support them in working to resolve any issues that you may have.
